SYF Central Judging

Years have changed things...now we've got loads more bands competing in the outdoor competitons. used be around 5-7. This year, we've got 9! But of course, as usual, since the new bands are still new to the competition, it's still the big 3 bands who are the real competition - Bowen, Deyi and Tanjong Katong. Must say that this yr's competition is extremely close with our competitors improving tremendously as compared to previous competitions. But hey, we clinched our gold with honours award! We're still the best! TK Band, We define excellence!

Loads of things weighing me down....

Firstly, school work...the pressure of tests, CA and the upcoming yet still not so near common tests, PW, homework...it's alot to cope with...but however, gotta pity the history students more...BUT, art still takes it toll...

Secondly, personal life...it's just screwed up...not sure if things have taken a turn for the worse or better though I hope it'd be the latter. cool that rhymes ^^

But however I've resolved to focus right now on my studies and not let anything else affect me...ok maybe that really isn't entirely possible. But I'll try...but it's doubtful that my personal life will not interfere with my studies...

Sometimes I just wish that things were back to what they once were....changes...just gotta adapt..just gotta move on and screw the past...yet the past always finds a way to haunt me...I hate that...

TPJC open house cum carnival's this saturday...hopefully I'll get to see you guys (Ex-Tksians as well as present) there..It'll be great fun..that I'll guarantee you or your money back. Wait, it's free...ermmm sooooo ya..since it's free then you gotta make an effort to come check things out...

Other than that well...it's going on great haha

PW Groupings

Ok..so we finally got our PW groupings today...something everyone waited for in anticipation hoping that none of the "certain" people end up in ours..and today, it was finally announced! I wasn't really given any time to feel anxious or whatever...came back from the toilet and boom! I was given my group...haha not really my dream group but hey, I can't really complain when I have such execellent groupmates!

Student Council

Well...now on to more less heartbreaking stuff (well to me that is)...It's official..they let us all into the student council...bloody hell just when my campaign was in full swing...yup too few people ran and they decided to let all the independant candidates into the council just like this...GREAT..now we've got certain people that I'll be having to work with...well as they say..life ai'nt made of no marshmellows..though sometimes I just wished it were..haha

Well foud out last night with the help of Bryan that the speech was in fact not today but next week...got me all worked up for the past few days over nothing...anyways..I'm using the school's computers in the library yo update my blog....and yes the computers here suck...CRT monitors and a keyboard with un-sensitive keys..well I guess I'm done here for now...really takes quite alot of effort to type on this computer...

Recent Affairs

Fuck...damn how much I hate it when people try to tidy the place up and they put my stuff in nice neat little places which is later very conviniently forgotten...Leave my stuff alone! It's may seem messy but at least I know where they are...

Speech on tues has gotten me all worked up...been trying to come up with something that mat both leave an impact on the J2s as well as to promote myself in a non-cliche and unique way...this stinks...hope it'll turn out good.......
