Another day out in the waters of Changi Beach...but it wasn't so bad this time...water was much cleaner further out...went to buy dinner for my family after..storeowner gave me extra food, and she gave me a discount of $3 from the original $39. haha this shows that kind peple still do exist in S'pore or that a little charm can go a long way...hahaha..well screw this...I've still got my preliminary sketches to complete as well as a lit eassy all by tml and I'm already dead tired! this 2-day 1star course couldn't have come at a worse time with CCTs just next week leaving all TPJC ODACians with no time for hw or study....

Friday, the day before today....we went dragonboating as an ODAC activity...3 boats, shared mine with Mich, Sum and Jimmy...hell I was lucky Nordin didn't take our boat..he made all ODACians in his boat jump into the water...well if it were the clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe I wouldn't mind but this is the murky green salty waters of Kallang River..I don't even wanna know what else lies beneath the surface...then today...day 1 of a 2-day course for our 1 star award....one more thing to add to my hate list now - the waters in and around Singapore - they were exactly the same as tt at kallang river! for those who've never ever in their many years of existance in Singapore have never gone down to a beach before...you should one day..you'll be surprised and taken aback at the variety of things there that will make you lose your lunch...after met Rox, Theo, Hung, Mich and Dicky Balls (Nigel) for dinner first at TM then at Simpang Bedok...haha oh and thanks Meiling for asking me to join you guys for dinner after everyone has left for home...came back really red everywhere...I'm lucky I haven't gotten sunburnt yet...well...there's still that chance tml..argh! the water's not doing my face any good!

Pure and simple 06A05 beat the rest and has become the best! First for 2 events we've taken part in at te sea sports heats - 6 man doubles relay for canoe and dragonboat - well the other teams put up a jolly good show at tt too but heck we now know and will always know that 06A05 of hawk house is the best and will always be! now preparations for CCTs and our finals...it's gonna be tough but as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going!

SYF Central Judging

Years have changed things...now we've got loads more bands competing in the outdoor competitons. used be around 5-7. This year, we've got 9! But of course, as usual, since the new bands are still new to the competition, it's still the big 3 bands who are the real competition - Bowen, Deyi and Tanjong Katong. Must say that this yr's competition is extremely close with our competitors improving tremendously as compared to previous competitions. But hey, we clinched our gold with honours award! We're still the best! TK Band, We define excellence!

Loads of things weighing me down....

Firstly, school work...the pressure of tests, CA and the upcoming yet still not so near common tests, PW, homework...it's alot to cope with...but however, gotta pity the history students more...BUT, art still takes it toll...

Secondly, personal life...it's just screwed up...not sure if things have taken a turn for the worse or better though I hope it'd be the latter. cool that rhymes ^^

But however I've resolved to focus right now on my studies and not let anything else affect me...ok maybe that really isn't entirely possible. But I'll try...but it's doubtful that my personal life will not interfere with my studies...

Sometimes I just wish that things were back to what they once were....changes...just gotta adapt..just gotta move on and screw the past...yet the past always finds a way to haunt me...I hate that...

TPJC open house cum carnival's this saturday...hopefully I'll get to see you guys (Ex-Tksians as well as present) there..It'll be great fun..that I'll guarantee you or your money back. Wait, it's free...ermmm sooooo ya..since it's free then you gotta make an effort to come check things out...

PW Groupings

Ok..so we finally got our PW groupings today...something everyone waited for in anticipation hoping that none of the "certain" people end up in ours..and today, it was finally announced! I wasn't really given any time to feel anxious or whatever...came back from the toilet and boom! I was given my group...haha not really my dream group but hey, I can't really complain when I have such execellent groupmates!

Student Council

Well...now on to more less heartbreaking stuff (well to me that is)...It's official..they let us all into the student council...bloody hell just when my campaign was in full swing...yup too few people ran and they decided to let all the independant candidates into the council just like this...GREAT..now we've got certain people that I'll be having to work with...well as they say..life ai'nt made of no marshmellows..though sometimes I just wished it were..haha
